Corey Singletary serves as Director, Regulatory Affairs for the Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin (CUB), an independent, non-profit organization that serves as the statewide consumer advocate for Wisconsin's residential and small-business public utility customers. In addition to leading CUB’s regulatory efforts, Corey is also an expert in utility cost allocation and rate design, having testified in over 80 cases before the Wisconsin Public Service Commission. Corey co-chairs the Electricity Committee of the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates (NASUCA) and is Treasurer and Steering Committee member of the Wisconsin Distributed Resources Collaborative. Prior to joining CUB, Corey was employed by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin as an energy policy advisor and lead utility rate analyst. During his time with the PSCW, his work focused on electric and natural gas utility rate design and cost allocation, as well as a number of policy issues such as distributed energy resources, energy efficiency, and demand response programs. Corey holds a Master’s Degree in international public affairs and an Energy Analysis and Policy graduate certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He also holds a B.S. in biology and a B.A. in international studies from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
