Grant represents community choice aggregation providers, clean energy companies, and transportation electrification clients in administrative litigation, rulemakings, and other regulatory matters. Grant’s practice includes litigating net metering and distributed generation compensation proceedings and transportation electrification cases, among other contested actions.
Prior to joining Keyes & Fox LLP, Grant worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General where he represented Illinois ratepayers in rate cases and tariff applications before the Illinois Commerce Commission. Grant also reviewed and negotiated legislation relating to public utility service for the office, advocated on behalf of ratepayers in the state’s energy efficiency stakeholder process, and represented the state in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
